By accessing our website, contacting us, or enrolling your child, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use our site or services.
Our Services
New Horizon Family Child Care provides family child care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years at our homes in Dorchester, Boston. Program details, hours, and rates are confirmed directly with the provider before enrollment.
Enrollment
Enrollment is subject to the program's policies, including health and illness policies, vacation and holiday schedules, and care agreements. We will share these policies with you and are always available to answer questions.
Fees and Payments
Rates and payment terms for full-time and part-time care are confirmed directly with the provider before enrollment. Please ask for current rates and payment expectations when you visit.
Hours and Scheduling
Program hours are 7am – 5pm. Attendance and schedules are arranged with the provider, and we ask that families communicate changes in advance.
Health and Safety
For the safety of every child, children with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or other contagious symptoms must stay home until symptom-free for at least 24 hours. Medication is only administered with written parent authorization.
Behavior and Supervision
We maintain a safe, respectful environment for all children. Our supervision and behavior policies are designed to keep every child safe and are shared with families at enrollment.
